Yes. Exact-dimensions mode has a lock-aspect-ratio toggle that updates height automatically when you change width (and vice versa). Percentage and maximum-dimensions modes always preserve the original aspect ratio.
Contain fits the whole image inside your requested box without cropping (the result may be smaller than the box in one dimension). Cover fills the box exactly by cropping the excess from the center. Stretch forces the exact box and can distort the image if the aspect ratio differs.
Maximum-dimensions mode never upscales unless you explicitly enable it. Exact-dimensions and percentage modes will upscale if your numbers call for it, and PixelDrop shows a warning since upscaling can look softer than the original.
Transparency is preserved if you keep PNG or convert to WebP. Converting to JPG flattens transparency onto a white background, and the interface warns you before that happens.
